Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the refund and cancellation rules applicable to bookings made through 723Experiences LLC (Missouri Charter No. LC014721424). Because 723Experiences acts as an intermediary, refund amounts and processing times ultimately depend on the rules of each supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, insurer, etc.).

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@723experiences.com.
• Supplier penalties and non-refundable amounts will be disclosed at the time of booking and applied in full.
• 723Experiences charges a non-refundable service fee of USD 50 per traveler to process any cancellation, in addition to the supplier penalty.

2. Changes to Bookings

Change requests (dates, names, itineraries) are subject to supplier availability and may incur supplier fees, fare differences, and a 723Experiences administrative fee of USD 35 per change.

3. No-Show

Failure to show up for a confirmed service (flight, transfer, hotel check-in, tour departure) will generally result in the full forfeiture of the amount paid, without entitlement to a refund.

4. Cancellation by the Supplier

If a supplier cancels a service, 723Experiences will assist in obtaining a refund, travel credit, or alternative arrangement as offered by the supplier. 723Experiences service fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the supplier and financial institution.
• Credit card refunds may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage travelers to purchase a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation for medical or unforeseen reasons. Travel insurance may reimburse amounts that are non-refundable under this policy.

7. Chargebacks

Travelers agree to contact 723Experiences before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with the relevant documentation.
