These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the 723Experiences website and any travel services booked through 723Experiences LLC, a Missouri limited liability company organized on April 1, 2026 under Charter No. LC014721424 ("723Experiences", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Role of 723Experiences

723Experiences acts solely as an independent travel agent and intermediary between the traveler and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance companies, etc.). We are not the supplier of the travel services and are not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change until the booking is confirmed and fully paid. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation; full payment is due prior to the applicable supplier deadline. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, entry permits) are valid and complete. 723Experiences is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documentation.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by each supplier's rules, which will be disclosed prior to booking. 723Experiences may charge an administrative service fee for processing changes or cancellations, in addition to any supplier penalty. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation and baggage. 723Experiences can assist in arranging insurance through licensed third-party providers but does not underwrite any policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 723Experiences shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, damage or expense resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, acts of God, government actions, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

7. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of 723Experiences or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cole County, Missouri.
